Join Our Team as a Delivery Driver & Team Member at Four Seasons & Hilldale Florist!

$14–$16/hour to start, based on experience | 30–40 hours/week | Mon–Fri 9–5, plus 1–2 Saturdays per month

The Role:

You'll start as a delivery driver, operating one of our company vans to get arrangements to homes, businesses, hospitals, and funeral homes across Clarksville and surrounding areas. For many customers, you're the only person from our shop they'll ever meet, so how you carry yourself matters as much as getting there on time.

This isn't a dead-end driving job. The growth potential in this role is significant, and it will move as fast as you do. As the business grows ( it will grow rapidly this year), you can take on customer service, social media, floral design, or whatever area matches your strengths. We'd rather promote from within than hire from outside.

Who We Are Looking For:

You must be a self-starter. Between deliveries, you'll look around, see what needs to be done, and do it without waiting to be told. If a bucket needs cleaning, a shelf needs restocking, or a phone is ringing, you handle it. Our team takes ownership, and they won't put up with a member who is just coasting. Just as important, you'll be joining a team with decades of experience. We're looking for someone who respects that experience, is willing to learn from it, and works well alongside others. Ambition and teamwork go hand in hand here.

Four Seasons Florist has served Clarksville since 1968, with two locations: our Wilma Rudolph shop and Hilldale on Madison St. We're under new ownership and in a real growth phase, renovating both shops and modernizing how we operate. What hasn't changed is our team: people who work here stay, with tenure ranging from 3 to 30 years and more than 100 years of combined experience. That kind of longevity says something important. What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Driver & Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in our operations while helping spread joy in our city. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Safely delivering floral arrangements to customers with care and professionalism.
• Navigating efficiently using a van, GPS/routing apps, and your smartphone.
• Assisting with in-store tasks as needed, ensuring the shop runs smoothly.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Supporting the team during peak holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, as well as working 1–2 Saturdays per month.

What You’ll Need:

We’re looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. If this job has you excited and you can explain why something you've done in the past has prepared you to be great for this, I'll hear you out.
• Driving Requirements: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (we’ll run an MVR check).
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs, being on your feet, and moving in and out of the vehicle throughout the day.
• Tech Savvy: Confident using GPS/routing apps and a smartphone.
• Personality Traits: A self-starter who’s reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. You should also be respectful, humble, and thrive in a close-knit team environment. We aren't just looking for anyone, we want someone to add to our flower family for the long haul.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

Big Pluses (not required):

We expect to grow rapidly in the coming years and there are lots of other skill sets we will need very soon:

• Floral design experience
• Customer service or retail experience
• Social media skills, especially photos and short-form video
• Knowledge of Clarksville and the surrounding area
