Full-Stack Software EngineerThe Opportunity:As a software engineer, you know that good software is more than just a nice-looking interface and data. As a seasoned software engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients. Using your software engineering expertise, you’ll analyze the environment to ensure that your team’s solutions consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You Have:10+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods10+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacksExperience with Python codingExperience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applicationsExperience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization Experience mentoring or supervising employees within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance TS/SCI clearance with a polygraphBachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or an Engineering fieldNice If You Have:Experience with containerization tools and techniquesKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git, or similar toolsMaster’s degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering field preferred;Doctorate degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering field a plusClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
