Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker – 4-Day Workweek

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 12:00 PM to Close
Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek | No Weekends

Shanker Beverage Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Order Picker to join our team.

This position offers a four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, with Fridays and weekends off. We're looking for someone who wants more than just their next warehouse job—we want someone interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick sheets
• Build stable, well-balanced pallets and properly wrap product
• Prepare and load product for delivery routes
• Verify product counts and order accuracy
• Replenish inventory as directed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
• Follow all warehouse safety and lifting procedures

This is a physical job. You must be able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and spend your shift standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving product.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/order picking experience required
• Dependable and steady work history
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation required
• Must live within approximately 30 minutes of Shanker Beverage Company
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• 12:00 PM to close
• Full-time position
• Closing time varies depending on workload and seasonal volume
• Fridays off
• No weekend work
• Three-day weekend every week

Because our warehouse team prepares orders for the following day's delivery routes, employees are expected to stay until the day's work is completed.
