Warehouse PackerOur client, Warehouse & Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Packer to join their team. As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting daily order preparation and shipment readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure products are packed correctly and safely.Location: Spring Valley, NYShift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM–4:30PMWhat's the Job?Prepare finished products for shipment by wrapping, securing, and packaging materials according to shipping requirements.Remove completed merchandise from work tables and wrap each item using protective cardboard paper to prevent damage during transit.Pack finished products into appropriate shipping containers and prepare orders for distribution.Handle a variety of products, including larger or heavier items that may require team lifting.Count and verify merchandise quantities to ensure order accuracy before packaging.Weigh products as needed and confirm shipping specifications prior to sealing and labeling boxes.Maintain organized work areas and follow established safety and quality standards throughout the packaging and shipping process.What's Needed?Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.Comfort working with warehouse materials and following packing instructions carefully.Strong attention to detail to ensure correct wrapping, boxing, and shipment readiness.Ability to perform hand-packing tasks; no forklift or pallet jack operation is required.Ability to handle products safely with maximum lifting up to 25 lbs.What's in it for me?Opportunity to contribute to daily warehouse operations and get products ready for customers.Clear, hands-on packing work with straightforward processes and measurable output.Supportive team environment where larger items may be wrapped with assistance.Consistent weekday schedule to help you plan your week.Training and guidance to help you succeed in packing and shipment preparation.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
